As of January 1, 2012, the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act requires that as a supplier to firms conducting business in California, Bridgewell Resources must disclose actions taken to mitigate the risk of human trafficking in our supply chain. The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (California Senate Bill 657) can be found here.
Bridgewell Resources is committed to providing an ethical and responsible work environment for its employees and we expect our suppliers to maintain fair working conditions in accordance with safety, labor and employment laws. We apply our ethical conduct standards when selecting suppliers and business partners. We expect our supplier to act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations either domestic or foreign, including respecting the rights of all people.
